about

I originally recorded this for the Rowan : Morrison album 'Bride of the Wintertide'. I have tweaked the mix and remastered it for inclusion here.
I originally wrote this song for the aforementioned shelved album of instrumentals inspired by The Box of Delights. The beginning and the end of The Box of Delights is set on a steam train as Kay Harker returns from Boarding school for Christmas. With everything else going on you would hope that, at the very least, the young lad was given a lovely Christmas present like a train set.
