Penny Loves London Town is inspired by the British Ligoncuss folk horror film of the same name from 1976.

Penny loves London Town. She's ready for her close up.
Faces all around, they're putting on her make up.
Her dress it sweeps the ground, safe now from the static.

She sits all alone as the crowds are passing by.
